My two cents:

Give all your focus onto the eye area first, don’t let anyone but high-end surgeons who SPECIALIZE in oculoplasty touch them as eye shape is the biggest chunk of the facial attractiveness puzzle. Think of any handsome model with ugly eyes. Not pretty anymore, right?

Leave your nose last as there’s many possible nose shapes and it is crucial for it to blend in with the rest of your new finalized features.
