how hard do you guys smashing beacuse i never had a bruise, swelling is the thing that you want to get beacuse it looks like you have bigger bone. Use vaseline before bs it reduces the redness

you can easily bruise if you hit the wrong spot or hit too hard somewhere you shouldn't but the goal isn't to bruise

you shouldn't be hitting that hard in the first place if you wanna prevent some apply Vaseline beforehand and ice afterwards
