Im 17 and thinking of getting a marpe because i have a narrow pallet. Does this gonna make the iqd wider as well ?? Cause i have a short ipd and a big nose. So I was thinking of getting expander and braces and after all that getting a rhyno for my nose cause the expader gonna make wider as .

i dont understand how it would fuck up the ipd, your eyes wont move closer together or further apart, i dont think marpe even yields good noticeable aesthetic improvement, i have seen some photos and a lot of people said it widened their face a bit but dont go in expecting it to have the same ROI as surgeries

Nah he just explained to me its cause even tho my narrow cheekbones became wider my narror iqd stays the same so I'll look worse cause my iqd look way smaller than before due wider cheeckbones.

it does increase esr in some cases to a degree not by much tho you can through pic results of people who got maspe but not ipd

Most Marpe is gonna do is make midface wider which can make the ESR better to some people but directly the eyes not
