Marpe expansion suture changes (expected)

Going to ortho on Thursday gna ask about marpe.

With marpe the upper palate splits leading the intermaxillary suture splitting and expands leading to a wider maxilla and airway. The zygomaticomaxillary suture also loosens/near splits allowing for movement and changing in the orbitals + more zygo projection. This is great for facial aesthetics and improves under eye support.

This diagram shows the direction of the expansion and suture splits.

My information is from primary research and also documented expansions.

This is what I'm expecting if I get marpe as expansion at these suture points fits my case.
What should I say in my case for my ortho?

If I am able to get marpe my goal will be completed as it fills my only developmental flaw.

Maybe say you just can't really sleep at night because it hard to breathe and your mouth stay open at night or your tongue doesn't fit your roof of mouth and ask I've read about marpe or MSE ask do I am an candidate

Yes, I have a basic case that I'm going to say to them. It's basically just gonna be that I struggle breathing at night and during exercising etc..
