MARPE + facemask

Has anyone here over age 25 actually achieved measurable forward midface movement or visible aesthetic improvement using a bone-anchored posterior MARPE combined with a facemask?


If so, how much advancement (in millimeters or visible change) did you get, and how stable were the results?

Idk but check out the Jaw Hacks youtube channel and dr. Newaz's before and after. He for sure looks better, and it seems he got 2-3mm of forward growth.
