MARPE inspection tomorrow

At a blackpilled orthoganic surgery clinic. Since they do other stuff I just needa say that I want a wider face and thats it, hopefully I will get smth out of this since my intermolar widht is 39 mm and I have no oral issues, just for aesthetics

My FWHR = ca. 1.6
Ideal FWHR = +1.8

My Midface Ratio = ca. 0,86
Ideal Midface Ratio = 1.0 - 1.1

Thats why I want to get Marpe. Im 17 and I might have a chance to get Marpe, I dont want to wait till im 21 to do SARPE or stuff. I will also do Le Fort (hopefully if I even have the money) to raise my fwhr by shortening my midface ratio.

I.e. currently im trying to indirectly increase fwhr by widening my face and after that I hope that I can shorten the midface ratio to raise it even more.
