I already had some hollowing and noticeable cheekbones, so even 0.2 of a MM is noticeable

you can do marpe at any age

if your bones are dense as shit as seen on CBCT they'll just give you a piezo cut before MARPE

SARPE is utter dog shit and wont give you any facial changes
