MARPE leading into DJS/trimax

Currently going through MARPE process, I had a 6 tooth smile, narrow palate <35mm, and acc needed it. But NEED to get DJS (Maxilla, Mandible, and chin recessed as fuck)

I've gone to orthodontists in the past and they took my CBCT scans and I'm 100% a candidate and will be able to get it mostly covered under insurance but how do I ask them once my MARPE is over without sounding like an autist,

example- "so I was thinking about getting DJS now, when could we do that?" the minute my MARPE is done especially if I bring up genio because they will think I'm doing it for my looks for sure. Any advice on what to say? (MARPE comes off early 2027 and hope to get trimax/djs early 2028)

So your actively getting ortho treatment with palatal expansion and haven’t told your ortho you want a djs?
