Cheekbones are also non existent however because of slightly recessed maxilla
Would headgear to even get a couple mm of maxillary advancement be possible or cope at 18 yo?

Just under 2.2 FWHR in this photo so any expansion would likely put my face outside ideal FWHR but my tongue doesn't fit on my palate

looks around 34MM ish maybe 36MM but i doubt. u can get marpe but watchout on how much u expand it since ur teeth are perfectly aligned.

my theory is retainers prevented palate expansion

then u would qualify for it. go to ur orthodontist, a good rated one. and don't be scared to ask if it would affect on how wide ur face gets since my orthodontist was unironically blackpilled himself

it honestly the only massive flaw in ur face, and itsd very ovbiuse, it would fix ur mid face, also i think it would asend with a 1-2 psl, and also appel cuz i cant lie ur chopped asf but i see potential if u get a marpe
