Marpe/Maspe question

In 2 days i will probably have my last appointment at my ortho before my braces gets removed. But i really want a marpe/maspe, how do i make excuses so my orthodontist will think i need a marpe/maspe. I was thinking about how my tongue doesn't have a lot of space recently and it most of the times just sits back or how my sleep got a lot worse.
Also my left lower front teeht touches my left upper front teeth but at my right side they dont touch. What does this mean and how can i fix this?

i THINK thats called a cross bite idk,

and for marpe tell ur ortho that u have problems breathing (you have to breath through ur mouth because ur nasal pathways feel restricted) , u cant fit ur tongue on the roof of your palate, narrow smile, high arched palate, biting the inside of ur cheeks, teeth too crowded to clean,

Unless they can actually see that your mouth is crowded or inhibited nasal passages you probably dont need it. You'll most likely just stretch your face to uncanny

Looking at your face you upper haw is already wider than your lower. A marpe would ruin your face dumbass. I hate you people
