ya i gotyu i cant rep i only get like one an hour i reached the limit

basically you talk to an airway orthodontist like scedule a meeting just search them up on google maps idk

should be a free consultation and they’ll send u to an ent which will send you to a sleep specialist and that where you get the sleep apnea test from

it’s either at a hospital or on a watch they send u and u do it at home try and get at home for convenience or ig if u wanna larp sleep apnea but i would only larp if u do have some kind of symptoms if not marpe WILL descend you

after the sleep apnea test if they figure out you have it they can take away about half of the cost

marpe costs around 4-6k it just depends but don’t be a loser and get a j*b or just choose rich parents

lips get a little wider and cheekbones do to along with maybe a millimeter of foward growth

yes, its use its only for a small percentage of people. most people DONT need it and when its installed, it completely fucks their ratios.
However for people who actually need it, it works great.
