MARPE needed or not

does a 6 teeth smile automatically warrant MARPE?

I measured my palate to be rougly 40mm, would I need marpe or some other expander
since im 18 I doubt it will expand anymore but wondering if it's too narrow or not

went to take a pic and just now I see how narrow it actually is even though it's barely above narrow according to some sources so I will try consulting an orthodontist
