is it better to get marpe or sarpe at age of 18 for better results and also how can i widen my lower jaw cause upper palette i could do with palette extander but lower idk how to widen it?

depends on your palate only your dentist can chose and the lower palalte can also be expanded through surgery but good luck get cleared on that surgery
