MARPE with headgear or Bimax?

currently 17 with a pretty downward grown/recessed maxilla, should i get MARPE with headgear or bimax & cheekbone implants?

Depends on how much movement you need. Bimax can be crazy but could be botched

you think i could use the facemask to raise the maxilla and then push it forward with bimax by a couple mm?

Not really how a facemask works, you can’t lift the maxilla (atleast I couldn’t find any studies suggesting it and I don’t think that works, you’d have to lose some bone.) but you can’t lift change its rotatio, there by changing the ratio of your thirds

so what orthotics applications are for aesthetic, what does facemask do
