MARPE with headgear?

Thinking of getting MARPE at 19 - would CCW rotation be possible with some form of headgear whilst the suture is split, or is bimax with CCW rotation a better option?

Bimax with ccw rotation is way more controlled and stable.

Probably talking about that new "FME" or whatever the fuck its called. Also age dependent not sure how headgear would work with the suture being split id rather just opt for bimax

Headgear won’t work: you’re too old. And MARPE is only useful in chronic cases. You need bimax.
