MARPE worsening Upper Jaw Excess

Hello everyone. I'm scheduled for MARPE soon, and I already have "moderate vertical upper jaw excess." I hear that MARPE can exacerbate this, what should I do? Are there ways to mitigate this?

MARPE can sometimes make vertical upper jaw excess worse, as it might push your upper jaw upward more. Talk to your orthodontist about this shit if your concerned.
