MARPE?

I think need marpe because my Face is pretty narrow but my pallete is already ~40mm I don’t know how to get it or where because I am in Germany. Do I Need MARPE/RPE or SARPE? Or something else, I attatched Pictures (I know I’m Asymmetrical)

If youre doing it for looks dont do it, its mean to improve breathing

It can make you look worse afterwards

I’ve gotten MARPE recently in September and I will say aesthetically it’s marginal and you’ll notice it, but others won’t. However, it did help me breathe better and fixed my crossbite. Overall, since your palate is normal I would say not worth it.

Your face is kinda long too and MARPE does have a drop down affect lengthening your face.

It widens your nose a bit too...

Breathing aside, I don't think you'd benefit from it aesthetically.
