Here’s my front profile. I feel like I have a really long face, and I think my nose ruins my whole face. I’m considering MARPE since I have breathing problems, a deviated septum, and possible sleep apnea. I’ve had breathing problems since I was young. Honestly, I’m more worried about what will happen to my face rather than the airway benefits. I’m already insecure about how I look and don’t want to make it worse, Is there a higher chance that it will balance my facial proportions or break them more?
