you would get a gap again but after the expansion they would close it again with braces but I doubt u actually need marpe if ur orthodontist didnt already tell ya to get it

You will get a gap with palatal expansion. you can avoid it by getting MASPE (Miniscrew-Assisted Slow Palatal Expansion) instead of MARPE. It will take longer but there is no gap and it’s also more effective sometimes

unfortunate. my greedy scum of an orthodontist also recommended removing 4 teeth without x rays and by just a flashlight . Removing teeth is legit free money for them but im lucky i was too lazy to do anything about it at that time

to answer your question after/towards the end of your Marpe/Marpe treatment you get braces/damon braces try and get the Damon braces if you can or any self ligating braces
