My fwhr is alright but i dont have zygos, i got a 6 tooth smile, and my tongue doesnt fit comfortably on my palate. Will a marpe actually make a decent enough difference for my midface width and zygos? i

judging of what you said, you are a good candidate for marpe.

Its is overlooked by many users here, but you can get significant gains in width on the zygos/ midface.
