Does marpe actually cause a noticeable difference in midface width and ur zygos projection or is it cope?

Marpe is larp. Works, but if your genetics are cooked, its unlikely it will save you.

You'll just end up looking weird and uncanny. GGs

MARPE isn’t some magic “fix your face” thing, it only widens your maxilla. It can help if your palate is actually narrow (better bite, wider smile, maybe a bit more zygomatic support), but it doesn’t change anything like chin projection, jaw position, or overall facial structure. So if the rest of your facial genetics are cooked, it will not save you.

SO basically if someone’s expecting it to completely transform their looks, that’s not how it works. But I will admit that when it’s done properly and actually indicated, it can and does look natural and it just makes things more balanced, not radically different.

If overdone, it can just look uncanny and weird. I have seen an example on tiktok, I forget the kids username tho

Im not recessed in my side profile at all its just that im slightly narrow in my midface and i actually have a narrow palate so i was wondering if it would just fix up my fwhr ratio which is slightly narrow.

No it’s not cope it’s only beneficial if u don’t have good mm palate like narrow but if ur slight narrow still recommend, reach a good number, i personally dont know but i think 40-41mm is ideal, if ur already there and want to expand more it’ll ruin ur face proportions
