So three years i ago my dentist gave me marpe and headgear. I didn’t see him in a while. I remembering keeping my marpe active with that metal thing for a couple of months, and i use headgear uncontintently. My question was if i should reactivate my marpe with that metal key or thingy? Didn’t see my dentist in years but my palate is still pretty narrow, i don’t know how many times in a week i should do it or when to stop so i would love some recommendations
