NEED ADVICE FOR MARPE

I am 16 and I am planning to get Marpe cause my lower third is fucked an d my tongue wont fit in the pallet and my lips and teeth are kinda narrow
but fuck it I am doing this shi. I got approval from my dad and I have a doubt what should I say to dentist how can I make him allow marpe
cause I tried my family dentist before for pallet expanders and nigga told your pallet are good and you dont need it and mf said I said only because I aint profit minded anyway fuck it

I need advice on what to ask the dentist in order to get the marpe cause if I said I need for aesthetic purpose mf will ask me to leave

my palletes are narrow too which makes my teeth less visible so it directly affects my lower third and I got a fucking long mid face my ratio is 0.9
