It’s better to use rmp or rpm or rpe forgot what it’s called at 12-14 when the maxilla pallet split is still not fused marpe is for when it’s already fused so for 16 and higher base off my experience with my orthodontist

correct as much as i know aswell. its mostly done to patients with sutures already fused. mostly after 17 to 19 years of age.
