Im suprised by the kind of tweets I've read online thinking mass deportation is a new thing it is many people don't know this Mass deportations in the United States is not a new phenomenon at all. Thr Chinese also faced targeted exclusion and deportation in the late 19th and early 20th centu. the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882, which banned Chinese immigration which led to deportations. The Chinese were accused of participating in sex trade, criminals, thieves and corrupt buisnessmen. In the 1900s many Chinese people in San Francisco, Los Angeles were deported in huge numbers. There was also a Yellow Peril period and the same claims that chinese laborers undercut wages, the
