I’ve always chewed mainly on my right side which has caused that side to have a larger masseter muscle and seems like a longer ramus. Could I just chew on the otherside instead to try make it more symmetrical or is the is a structural issue and it’s just an asymmetry I can’t fix?

depends if its muscle or bone problem

Right side the ramus is significantly longer/prominent than my left side, and it’s likely the masseter because whenever I suck in my cheeks or swish my mouth around the hollow cheeks typa thing created looks much worse on the side which I don’t usually chew on and the right side looks quite good

Probably, probably not.
