forget what everyone told you and just do what i did here
i made a table kind of a routine here so its not the same stuff everyday and

Tuesday | quick mouth openings untill you feel your tired | 10 minutes |
wednesday | rest | - |
Thursday | hard gum chewing and mouth openings | 20 minutes |
Friday | mouth openings | 15 |
Saturday | hard gum chewing | 10 minutes |
Sunday | normal gum chews and massage | 5-10 minutes |
also please remember to chew your food alot where it becomes basically liquid before you swollow it
