masseter training: gum or chewing "device"?

want to train masseters. 83 iq so bare with me and if you tell me to kill myself at least tell me why. any advice at all is much appreciated

best type/brand of gum? falim?
best way to train? gum or those rubber shits?
tips for avoiding tmjd?

I used both but eventually stopped the falim because there's some colorants in there like titanium dioxide which is bad for you probably. Chewing plastic probably wouldn't be good either way.
