Masseter Training is not cope.

Totally agree, but its not like that for all people. If your Ramus is tall and you just need a little width, its such an easy ascension
this is pretty much me, i got tall ramus but inward gonions and a long-ish face so my biggest issue is a narrowing lower third and a long forehead. Makes me look childish kinda. Jaw training could ascend me I guess. If someone here can tell me if masseter training is good for me i woudl appreciate it, I'll send a pic privately

Yea it probably will as long as you dont overdo it, you can dm me with pic if you want

I have inward gonions, and a long skull, aswell as a orthoganically recessed mandible which I cope with by permajutting. Assuming your proportions are designed such that you have a narrower lower third, masseter training is not and never will be cope. I used 2 rubber jaw trainers I got off temu every other day, and the lateral width I've gained in doing so is definetly supporting my facial features. If your already have wide gonions and/or a short skull, obviously training your masseters is gonna throw off your proportions but for 80% of people, this is a easy, accesible, low risk, and extremely worthwhile maxx. I can literally feel where my masseters starts, slightly infront of the back of my jaw, and the difference in width is huge. The type of trainers I use have been attached below for those of you who are interested. Goodluck boyos

Depends at what degree. Only way u can fix the mandible is by surgery if it's bad, twin block, or a hebst could apply some forward projection and bring it forward

hey sorry for the late reply to this topic hope u can answer either way. i also have the same type of jaw trainers as the picture you posted under ur post. i was wondering what was your routine for it? how many times/cycles per day, how long/time duration, and what part did you chew on. i myself have been doing it inconsistently for 2 weeks id say 1 week realistically on the premolars and molars only since i have the same problem as you (narrow lower third) so i figured masseter training would be the go to safe move as long as i dont overdo it and give myself tmj. and also how many weeks/months did you do this until you saw visible results? thanks.

I really would just keep it in my mouith for like hours at a time on a certain day and Id notice that the jaw cracking that usually happens when I move my jaw side to side would dissapear, like my jaw was forcefully aligned. On the days after Id keep it in my mouth for hours at a time Id have alot of soreness so I waited 2 days before doing it again. Not necessarily the best way to approach it but this is how I did it and it worked for me.

how long have you been doing this til you got to where u are?

Few months, on and off, along with just jaw clenching in general (autistic tic). My advice keep it in your mouth for long hours at a time, then dont use it all for 2 days, then repeat.

I trained mine, i think i look more round/ bloated now, and i have inward gonions and a overbite which i cope same as u with permajutting
Maybe u got high set masseter muscle,it's cope for high set masseter people
