Masseter training

The image shown is an example of masseter training and the drastic affect it can have on the face.

This is what tiktok influencers call an 'increase in bone mass', but really, it's not, it's just masseter hypertrophy. This is because as you train your masseter muscles, they grow outwards. This causes the skin to pull tighter against the muscle, giving the face a leaner and more masculine look, which again, tiktok influencers confuse with bones.

It's important to do masseter training correctly, here are things you don't want:
  • Masseter asymmetry
  • Clicking in jaw
  • Chewing food unevenly
  • TMJ issues
Things you do want:
  • First noticeable progress one month in
  • Burn in the masseter muscle whilst training
  • Swollen masseters after training (aka masseter pump)

any questions, ask below
do you have to chew on your premolars? and what do you chew?

te salut sefule

Show me exemples of the guys who got gains from chewing on incissors! U can't properly train masseters without activating temporalis at all and when my masseters are close to failure temporalis starts to take over, so just stop there! It's the same when doing pull ups, ur forarems get tired first instead of ur back! I don't understand why u are scared of big temporalis, if masseters are big enough they won't be very noticeable and again if they are just do botox, don't tell me u are scared of botox too:lul: Also I am romanian
