I'm thinking of training masseters as my jawline on the left is better than the right but I can't tell which massater is bigger, and idk how to tell the insertions. Should I buy falim gum and train massaters and will it help my jawline

If your asymmetric and you know that ur masseter being smaller than ur other masseter then go ahead

You have to find out exactly what causes assymetry. The lower third area is assymetrical to many people and it comes from combination of bad posture ( cervix assymetry ) and bad chewing habbits with in the years. Fix your chew habbit by trying to make it symmetrical both sides, also dont mouth breath ( tape your mouth during sleep) , buy nose tapes while cardio. Make chin tucks every day and fix posture, train masseter with masseter trainers and no gums . If the assymetry is intense hardmax or add to the previous routine symmetry exercises for lower third and do them for years

Ohh that's helpful thanks, do u have any recommendations
Search jaw trainers ,also for lower third assymetry maybe the problem caused by orthodontics,so go see one and find out if something causes it ,also deviated nasal septum impacts in the lower third causing mouth assymetry
Mark as solution !
