since the masseter is a muscle kreatine really helped me, on most body parts you might see a little difference but on small muscles like that it worked wellHow much can training my massetter muscles help with jaw width also let’s say I were to take testosterone or any type of peptide that increase muscle growth will the jaw gains be better?
no such thing as high set masseters stupid greycheck masseter setness before developing them as high set masseters = bloated look

ive just seen a lot of posts about masseter insertion & that people feel their masseters higher up when clenching. muscle insertions vary everywhere else in the body so I just inferred it would affect masseters as wellno such thing as high set masseters stupid grey
the length of ramus, the gonial angle, the gonions affect the way your face looks with masseter training
send me anything that says high masseter set exist![]()
well do your own research and dont talk about what u cant backive just seen a lot of posts about masseter insertion & that people feel their masseters higher up when clenching. muscle insertions vary everywhere else in the body so I just inferred it would affect masseters as well
i do think those measurements do matter for masseter training, but can you prove that they are always set the same?well do your own research and dont talk about what u cant back
Yes, you don't even need roids or peptides for that, just chew on a jaw exerciser and/or chew hard gum 24/7, It works, I had to stop chewing gum.How much can training my massetter muscles help with jaw width also let’s say I were to take testosterone or any type of peptide that increase muscle growth will the jaw gains be better?
the masseter is connected from the gonion to the zygomatic arch, even though its described in parts, its still one continous insertion zone, the "low insertion masseter" is simply just flared gonion, which pushes outside the masseter, short ramus means proportionally the masseter is more on the up side from the part of the face, giving the illusion of "high set masseter"i do think those measurements do matter for masseter training, but can you prove that they are always set the same?
meant to say they mean low set at the end mb but you got itthe masseter is connected from the gonion to the zygomatic arch, even though its described in parts, its still one continous insertion zone, the "low insertion masseter" is simply just flared gonion, which pushes outside the masseter, short ramus means proportionally the masseter is more on the up side from the part of the face, giving the illusion of "high set masseter"
simply said long ramus not inward gonions means "high set"
