Trying to buy Mt 2 on research chem for the first time with a prepaid mastercard gift card I just paid for in cash at cvs. The card has been activated and has sufficient funds for what I want to buy on research chem but it’s not saying wrong info then payment declined by bank. Do i just have to wait a bit for the activation to be processed or what is happening?
