Does mastic gum really give a slightly more defined jawline with consistent use over months via lymphatic movement and building jaw muscle?

i know any “facial exercises” are typically disregarded as cope but I was wondering idk

Personally I feel like big bulging Masseters are a looksmin. My face looked bloated after mine grew a ton so now I get Botox treatments. But I’m sure theres something with muscle insertions so not everyone will be the same

It increases the size of the masseters which makes your bigonial width appear larger

You grew yours using facial exercises? Or was it just aging?

It helps train your masseter muscles but it doesn’t actually remake skeletal structure. If you’re recessed, it won’t do anything.

helps jaw development if ure in puberty

otherwise it only grows your masseter muscles

No not cope it will grow your masseter muscles but it may not look aesthetic. Google bruxism there you can see people with chronically big masseter muscles mainly through grinding their teeth every night it rarely looks good most of the time they look like minecraft characters. I did it for almost a year id say the first 4-5 months it actually made a positive impact on my appearence but after a while my masseter muscles became a little too big and i stopped. For long facecels it might be a viable option at least to a certain point.
