Discussion Mastic or falim gum, which is better?

Mastic because it actually has health benefits. A study showed it can help clear H. pylori which is the bacteria responsible for stomach ulcers. Other benefits have been reported as well such as mastic gum having anti-inflammatory properties, making it helpful in Asthma and inflammatory bowel disease. So if you have access to both gums, definitely chew Mastic. For developing masseters both are good its just that mastic gum has other health benefits.

Mastic are harder than fallim too. So for jaw gains even better. Falim does the job too, but Takes more time than Mastic.
