Simple thread looking for opinions because as we all know this is a very controversial topic

Why do you think it is Good or Bad or maybe you think there are positive and negative effects and it isn't purely one sided
Speaking on this topic usually results in morons arguing.

This is only momentarily. I was in this state a few days ago, but it passes and your body adjusts to it and redirects the resources and energy towards other things in your body like skin, hair and eyes. My skin is smoother nowadays, I am also starting to get a lot of choosing signals compared to usual. And my muscles are harder throughout the day without a pump.
