tbf i cannot refute that. it is entirely possible that you see 1 guy with harmony that rivals chico per month - however combined with chico's flawless bone structure (from an aesthetic standpoint, not dimorphic), i think you can change that figure to one chico per decade.

norfs have long skulls, they tend to have longer mid-faces and longer jaws, so when their forehead is too small it makes them look odd, the reason the right looks balanced is because increasing his lip size made his lower third look shorter, if it had kept the same ratio for the jaw it would've looked out of balance compared to the short forehead.

you'd be right by male/psl standards but I'm afraid it doesn't translate the same to women, women don't really notice it if a feature stand out positively, but they notice it when it stands out negatively, and unbalanced facial proportions can be a sign of recession that they'd pick up on subconsciously, like I said it would raise an eyebrow because it doesn't have the 'facial averageness' you'd expect from his ancestry.
