Their maxillas can't get any worse tbh. At that point their mandible would be recessed as well unless have a massive underbite.

Maxilla is way more important in women than men.

For men it's about robustness of the lower third (i.e. tall and wide chin, gonial eversion, forward grown mandible and tall ramus).

my real life experience refutes your point , most people I know who got good salaries are narrowcels, recessed cels , balding and fat . They just have the drive to succeed.

Legit one guy I know has the narrowest jaw I've seen and he is specializing as a neck and skull surgeon as I write. He probably suffers from sleep apnea too.

Ironically he has a girlfriend above his looks.

Lmk, I'll pm you cuz I also have the same issue. I think I remember reading on eppleys site that midface implants are 7mm thickest at their thickest point and I'm not sure if that's a significant improvement or not. Im also doing bimax so hmu cuz I could use advice regarding movements etc
