Maxilla/Palate question

So there is this thing going on about MSE and having a large palate and all the MSE praising...

What are the benefits of a large palate actually? Why would you strive to have one? OFC im talking if u don't have a narrow palate...



Also the MSE widening the zygoms it turned out to be super inneficent and very ridicolous. For 1 mm widening you need almost 1 cm in your palate ...

wider smile, better nose breathing, can mew 24/7 which will prevent maxilla recession and improve your forward growth slightly over a long period of time (2-5 years depending on ur age)

But MSE for every cm of palate expansion u gain 1 mm on zygos... u gonna looks like a frog with a wide as fuck nose. Not worth to expand the zygos with MSE

OP except for wider smile (underrated here tho) MSE is cope for aesthetics but it's great for increasing airway volume which will benefit your health in all ways. MSE is a functional device
