Looks flat to me, recession usually looks more obvious than yours. But you should get your bite and airway measured at an orthodontist for a real answer.

Flatness can be because of your natural/genetic skull and facial configuration, not necessarily “recessed maxilla”. “Recessed maxilla” has always been thrown around incorrectly on here.

Only professional cephalometric analysis can tell you if your maxilla really is recessed or not. So get a CBCT, don’t procrastinate like I did.
