Maxillary (low iq)

I still can't see on some faces if the maxillary is well projected or recessed,can someone please enlighten me ?

Not a very good picture to judge off of. Looks like a projected maxillar region, just not very big bones. Regardless of projection, some people just have big cheekbones and some people don't. Good looking lesbian though

everyone has their own meaning for it atp regardless that area would be fuller if he had more projecting zygos and upper maxilla however it would be different from just a flat maxilla which is measured via eye to nose triangle
