with recent discussion of the effects of unabsorbed subperiosteal hematomas and ossification, it makes much more sense to cycle on/off repetitive “bonesmashing.” during the on phase lack of reabsorbtion means osteoblasts begin laying osteoid, and the off period allows osteoids to calcify without trauma interrupting calcification.

shut the fuck up retard u know nothing

I agree with this. (Don't recommend bine smashing unless you're extremely underdeveloped because it will make you look uncanny)

But it's true and makes sense. Your body needs time to "solidify" the new bone

yeah I think there might be some benefit for doing a month of it once or twice and taking a month off in between if you’re truly recessed, but otherwise purely hypothetical.

define cycling bonesmashing, as in what go more in depth
as in spending a month bonesmashing twice a day for swelling, and then taking a whole month off after to allow time for bone calcification

Don’t forget to mention that calcium, vit d + k2 are essential

I think 3-4 months break after good bone smashing

i’m doing it right now with those supplements as well as magnesium glycinate, bpc 157 twice a day for increased angiogenesis and osteogenesis as well as cjc/ipa for the igf-1 effect on bone formation
