New dad here (first kid on the way, due in a few months). I'm 6'0" 195lbs, decent frame, been lifting since high school so solid base genetics. Wife is 5'7" 140lbs non-pregnant, slim but healthy, no obesity in family. We're both white, no major health issues.
Want to give this kid the absolute best shot at elite stats from DAY 1. Height is priority #1 (hoping for 6'4"+), then frame width, jawline, bone density, etc. What's the full playbook from birth (or even prenatal) to puberty?

- Prenatal: Supplements for mom? Diet tweaks? Anything to boost IGF-1 or growth factors in utero?
- Birth to 1yr: Formula vs breast? Sleep maxxing? Early mewing or head shaping?
- Toddler/Childhood: Nutrition stack (milk, eggs, bone broth?), HGH tests if lagging? Ortho interventions?
- Puberty prep: When to start peptides/SARMs safely? Braces/mewing routine? Weight training age?
