one mchicken pre workout only is about 400 cals , fits the macros and uses the carbs for fuel and many other benefits :feelsautistic:

Idk bout u but here in UK they js had a cheesy chicken stack was the best thing id ever had from maccies

The first 500 kcal of a meal is nice
rest is mid
I gotta force myself to keep eating so I don’t starvemax

Nutrient partitioning makes up for it tho

I need to start dietmaxxing as well. I am gonna do a body recomposition thing.
mirin hard brotha its fairly easy to do somewhat natrually , i stick to eggs only for majority of my diet then slowly indulge in some treats but at the start i was eating basically 2 meals a day

also important to have a good relationship with food and never restricting too much :Comfy:

I’m so sick of starving myself to lose weight. I feel like this is gonna be better. Yeah, I was thinking of overdosing on eggs and quarks. My best friend does that too, he has breakfast with 4 eggs. I need 127,5 grams of protein. The quark will be around 500 kcal and 82 grams of protein. I would need an additional 45,5 grams of protein, and I’ll have 1500-1800 kcal for that. By the way, should that be my diet each day, or only on the days I work out, or only on the days I am resting?

Just wait till you hop on dnp and gh you can eat that all day and it will feel like your busting fat ropes every bite:feelsohh::Comfy:

Generally yes that should be ur diet everyday however on training days its ok to eat a bit of carbs to fuel your workout ..when its your rest day i would eat low carb high fat high protein :feelsautistic:
