I’m so sick of starving myself to lose weight. I feel like this is gonna be better. Yeah, I was thinking of overdosing on eggs and quarks. My best friend does that too, he has breakfast with 4 eggs. I need 127,5 grams of protein. The quark will be around 500 kcal and 82 grams of protein. I would need an additional 45,5 grams of protein, and I’ll have 1500-1800 kcal for that. also important to have a good relationship with food and never restricting too much
Just wait till you hop on dnp and gh you can eat that all day and it will feel like your busting fat ropes every biteone mchicken pre workout only is about 400 cals , fits the macros and uses the carbs for fuel and many other benefits
Generally yes that should be ur diet everyday however on training days its ok to eat a bit of carbs to fuel your workout ..when its your rest day i would eat low carb high fat high protein
