Sendhil has lower BF, more defined nose tip, and better eye area. But tbh you have ascended from before.
You will need to leanmaxx and make eyes more deep set to look similar.

I need to implant some shit in my under eye area cause I dont mind my eyelids but my under eye area is so weak, and take a hammer and chisel like one side of my jaw and I think I can ascend hard JFL

There’s always countries like turkey that you can get surgeries done for very cheap, just do good research for it

Turkey is renowned for nose jobs but that also means the botch rate is wayyy more higher than other surgical procedures since most surgeons over there think it’s a one glove fits all type situation however you wouldn’t need one, all you’d need is eye related procedures

Idek if Turkey is safe. The bog twins have compromised every plastic surgeon in the west or Western-aligned countries. Even india is prob under their influence to completely intentionally botch a face of someone targeted. An indian doctor who shares my faith would be only one I can trust.
