i will slightly fix my nose,genoplasty,eyebrow transplant ,still got around 9-`0kg to loose and Accutane is coming in 8 days.

I think it's gonna look good. I'd rather have a full nose job instead of a alarplasty, too many alarplasty results doesn't look good

yes im very into neuro science and i concluded the benefits outweight the risks ,my dose will be 5mg for 1 month then check my blood and then i will step up to 10 mg .I will also be taking omega 3 ,taurine and glycine that mitigate damage + very low dose of 10mg so im definetly on safe side

Maybe they should make your dorsal area slightly thinner to match a nose that's more narrow. They would break your nose if you ask to make the dorsal area straight anyway
