meaning of life

I never understood why people hate life so much tbh. I have it worse than a lot of people on this forum but I'm still relatively satisfied with how my life is going. It guess it really is just outlook and mental health.

Literally everything I have ever bought or have been gifted I lost interest for within a few days. What's the point in consumerism if you're just going to get bored a second later? it's just an endless cycle

based. I used to be sad at my dad and grandad, who were very strong in all regarding, creative, and high IQ/sentient, who created lots of societies, but refused to get rich out of it by doing forbidden behaviour. All their friends that joined their societies, became millionnaires - some billionnaires in my hometown. But both only prayed to just have enough to fulfill their family, and never too much, because wealth corrupt more than poverty by far. And you can never be very rich, without bad means that will corrupt you.

It's funny when we visit some fo the old associates of my dad that are now living in opulent luxury, one at 60 yo ffs cried at my dad that one of another very rich guy make him like 15 millions dollars - the 60yo has more than 200 millions easily. Imagine beeing old and crying, instead of spreading wisedomness. What can wealth do to a man.

And more important, what will you do with wealth in the long run? You won't take it to your grave nor will it help you in it in any regard. You'll be alone.

I think from an objective view life really doesn't make sense. there's no point. you're here because of an unlikely string of events, that's all. but when you do things, in the moment of things, then you get purpose. idk how to explain fully. also lol at midlife crisis at 17

This is so wrong on so many points. I dont even know why this is being permeated through society all the time. If we assume that the whole universe began because of some random, and non intelligent events, then how could we assume things like rationality in humans, reason, and logic? If the correct life perspective is naturalism, then how could we even dare to assume things like rationality, and reason when they can't be deconstructed physically?

Let me put it in a better way. If our only purpose here is to survive why would we need reason, and morality. You can hold non moral beliefs, and discard reason and actually still survive.

If the thing nearest to us (concioussnes/life) is purposeless then why would ANYTHING else in the world have any purpose. Why are pescribing purpose to so many other things while the basis has no purpose. Take the chair you're sitting on, the clothes you're wearing, the school you go to.

Even Richard dawkins understand this. That under the naturalistic perspective we no reason to live, to make moral judgements etc. Evil, and bad is just subjective in the end. So basically WHATEVER that can increase the chances for me to survive are true, that includes rape, murder etc.
