I wonder how many videos of a coronal incision existed before this one. Gross and cool. Doing it in a kind way to try make him better looking is much easier to watch than the Mexican cartel guy who was wearing the face of a dead guy. I've seen Giant prodding a man's skull amid coronal incision, but this video dynamic, before they put the clips on the flap.

Cutting your face off in a kind way, is very cool to watch. If your maxilla isn't there, then this is the only way.

Well obviously not many, theres a new generation of surgeons who are just like us glued to their phones. I'm sure if you asked some oldcel surgeon to record during a surgery for an ig story that he would be a bit put off. Unless he's part of some documentary of course.

I read on reddit too. First of all I know Giant can pick and choose whoever he wants to work with because he doesn't make any commision or anything. It seems he really is just trying to find the best surgeons to perform these surgeries who can do so while making little to no complications/mistakes. Giant stopped working with Celal because I guess every case he was getting/making surgical complications/mistakes and Giant wasn't okay with that. This LF2 was planned a while back and only just now got performed. Obviously you can't just switch surgeons after you paid the surgeon unfortunately. I know Giant works with a bunch of surgeons but right now, specifically for Turkey I think he is mostly just working with Celal and Burak. But it seems like Burak is not getting enough sleep or something because he is making a lot of surgical mistakes/complications too. Not that any surgeon is perfect but come on when you are dealing with PSLers we expect no complications LMAO
