Measuring Bidelt

How tf do you actually measure bidelt. Cant find anyone describing it on here, and Google obvi returns nothing b/c of retarded niche terminology.

Is it the broadest part of the deltoid muscle? And is it measured by following the curve of the traps down to the measurement point? What about following the curve of the scapula laterally to the measurement point. Or not following curve at all, simply straight horizontal measurement of widest part of the delt?

If there is one right answer, there's no way everyone on here knows it jfl

back against wall, draw an outline of ur shoulders or get someone to,, unflexed w/a pump, use tape measurer or meter ruler to determine the distance between the widest points, that's your bideltoid
